Program Schedule: Sat & Sun
Morning Sessions: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Afternoon Sessions: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Morning & afternoon sessions consist of short periods of instruction, meditation, guided meditation, and discussion / Q & A.
All meditation sessions are 30 minutes or less, and we have frequent breaks.
Plus: Q&A bonus session in the week following.

Bring your questions to this bonus session. We’ll make sure that every single question is heard and responded to. These are very popular, and recordings will be provided.
And after the program refer back to the recordings at your convenience.
