YouTube livestreams — now in a simpler, more accessible format.

Each live session will run about an hour. We won’t be meditating during the livestreams — they’re not practice sessions. They’re a space to hear the teachings, reflect, and stay close to the path.

We’ll also be responding to your questions during each session.
