Welcome, welcome, welcome.

The Finding Ground Home Retreats are a place for you to connect to practice more deeply. They are a special opportunity to engage with a progressive retreat approach right in your own environment.

Here you’ll find preparatory videos to help you get into the best frame of mind for our retreat.

Take them one at a time, and mix them with meditation in the days before our retreat.

Our retreats begin on Saturday at 9:00 AM (Mountain Time).

If you’re beginning after a time away from practice, or beginning as a new practitioner, give yourself at least three days to ease in.

We suggest beginning Wedenesday with the following videos. Each day you can listen to the teachings contained (they’re short and to the point), and engage with the meditation.

How to prepare.

Wednesday:

Video #1 and included mediation session

Thursday:

Video #2 and included meditation session

Friday:

Review videos if desired, or practice at least one session (20 minutes) on your own.

Instructions Part 1: The first element of Finding Ground. (27 minutes)

This is the first video to watch in preparation for our at home retreat. The topic, relaxation & the atomic body, is what we will work on together during our first day of retreat.

This video is 27 minutes long, which includes a seven minute teaching, and a 20 minute meditation session.

Enjoy.

We recommend watching this on the Wednesday before retreat.

Instructions Part 2: The second element of Finding Ground. (25 minutes)

This is the second video to watch in preparation for our at home retreat. The topic, placement, is what we will work on together during our second day of retreat.

The second video is 25 minutes long, which includes a five minute teaching, and a 20 minute meditation session.

We recommend watching this on the Thursday before retreat.

For Friday

If you’ve been able to watch both videos and do the meditation sessions included within them, we suggest you either review whichever video you’d like, or simply do another session on Friday.

Our weekend retreat will be much more enjoyable if you begin preparation a few days before!
